Out of Hours Relocation

Over the past two years, we have seen increased pressures within our profession, which has led to shortages of veterinary staff within our practice.

Our latest change of provision will help to support our team with minimal interruption or delay to your pet's care.

Please familiarise yourself with these updates below:

• We have combined our Out-of-hours services with Crown Vets & Inshes Vets. The following hours will be affected for our OOH Care throughout the week, 6pm to 8am, and over the weekend from 6pm Friday through to 8am Monday.
  Our out-of-hours service will be provided at the following addresses:
  Crown Vets, Argyle Street, Inverness, IV2 3BB
  Inshes Vets, 5 Inshes Holdings, Inverness, IV2 5FF
  For all emergency appointments during the above times, please contact us on 01349 852204 to seek the appropriate care and advice.

• When attending an emergency appointment, please bring all appropriate information for your pet, along with any prescription or non-prescription drugs they might be currently taking.

• Our weekly Saturday routine clinic has been removed, if you wish to see a vet for a routine checkup or non-emergency appointment, please phone Easter Ross Vets between 8:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday to be seen at your local branch.

Our systems and services (including our out-of-hours) will be available at Crown Vets & Inshes Vets, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. To understand more about how we process your data please see our privacy notice on our website.
