  Sapphie Burry began working at the practice in 2004 and works at our Alness branch as a Veterinary Receptionist. Cuddling puppies is Sapphies favourite part of the job (the fluffier the better) and she also enjoys meeting new clients and their pets. Sapphies was recently nominated for Veterinary Support Staff of the Year in the prestigious Pet Plan Awards 2012.  Outwith work Sapphie enjoys walking, shopping, road trips and reading. 
Mandy Munro has worked in the Tain branch since 2001 as a Receptionist and Nursing Assistant.  Mandy is particularly interested in assisting our large animal clients and enjoys working in an ever changing environment where no two days are the same.  Mandy has 1 dog and 3 horses.  Outwith work Mandy's interests include bingo, the outdoors, crofting and horse riding.  
Anna MacKay joined the practice in August 2011 and works in both our Tain and Invergordon branches.  Although no pets herself, Anna has lots of experience with animals as her parents have a farm.  Anna also enjoys cycling and walking.
Ruth Crombie joined the practice in October 2011 and will be mainly in the Invergordon branch, however Ruth is also looking forward to working in the Alness and Tain branches in the future. 
  Gill Kidd started as Receptionist in the Invergordon branch in June 2008, became Administrative Manager in May 2011 and is based in the Invergordon branch. Gill enjoys meeting new people and their pets and the fact that every day is different in a veterinary practice! Outwith work Gill’s spare time is divided amongst 4 dogs, 3 cats, 3 rats, a horse, 3 children and studying for her Veterinary Practice Administration Certificate. Gill is also the Scotland North Regional Organiser for the Veterinary Practice Management Association.  Gill is interested in natural horsemanship, and enjoys walking and swimming.
